Learn a variety of fun and simple techniques to visibly mend and repair your clothes.

Join me for a day of visibly mending clothes: from wovens to knits via jersey and denim.

You will learn how to patch clothes as well as how to understand different types of fabrics and the best stitches to use. We will then explore ways to darn and embellish knits to bring them back into rotation as part of your wardrobe.

Suitable for all levels of experience (although some dexterity is required as we work entirely by hand), you will discover the satisfaction in mending your clothes and develop a new skill set you can use time and time again.

At the end of the day you will have started to tackle your mending pile and made a small collection of patches to use in future mends.
