I am available for talks and workshops in person, within an hour of Stockbridge, Hampshire, but please do enquire if you are based further afield (I love an adventure!). All talks can also be delivered online.

Hand stitching for mindfulness - create a mini quilt, wall hanging, table mat or needle case

(2 - 6 hours depending on the project chosen);

Meditation scroll - a hand stitched sampler (4 - 6 hours);

Textured, mini Art Quilt - inspired by corals and flowers, learn my favourite fabric manipulation techniques. All by hand (2 - 4 hours).
