Hand stitched 'sketch' of Garlick Lane using natural dyes collected from the lane, stitched onto and offcut of black linen. This piece is embellished with three thorns, collected from the cut blackthorn hedgerows that line the lane, and a line of couched wool, reminiscent of the hedgerows themselves.
